PDF documents with Interform400

With Interform you have the possibility, to create documents of your AS/400 or iSeries on customary PCL laser printers. The print datas are processed graphically and distributed on arbitrary printers.
No special hardware (e.g. an IPDS printer) must be provided for a low-frequency pressure.
The prints revised with Interform400 you can send to your customers without problems as offers, invoices or delivery notes. The documents are neutral and not comparable with the original print output of the iSeries.
Interform is delivered optionally with a XPPS system. The standard layouts must be often still adapted after delivery. We offer you the revision flatly per form.
Furthermore we like to introduce you to the care of the new documents in the context of a user training.
To make a smoothest take-over of the forms to the productive business possible, we hold usual printers of the common manufacturers up. This way we have the possibility of implementing e.g. a complex shaft control without accident of the regular business.

1) Hold-file for document archiving on iSeries (AS/400)

We offer a hold-file for your documents printed with Interform400.
The documents are filed parallel to the print in PDF format on your iSeries or on a Windows based server. An extensive index and search function makes possible finding fast of documents.
At present, the document resubmission is in development into a full backup solution.

2) Implementation from PDF417 on your AS/400

PDF417 is a favourable bar code solution for the storage and assignment of larger amounts of data of your IBM servers. A single PDF417 consists of approx. 1.1 kilobytes of machine-readable data.

On the right a typical PDF417 is shown for the despatch of goods.
We implement this new two-dimensional bar code on your iSeries.
